{"id":1441,"date":"2024-05-14T14:13:03","date_gmt":"2024-05-14T14:13:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.combiforest.ee\/?p=1441"},"modified":"2024-05-29T09:45:09","modified_gmt":"2024-05-29T09:45:09","slug":"puidumuuja-meelespea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.combiforest.ee\/en\/puidumuuja-meelespea\/","title":{"rendered":"Wood sellers handbook"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>When transferring (1) or selling forest material, the transferor must prove to the receiver the legality of the possession of the forest material and the receiver must check it.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Data and documents certifying the legality of possession of forest material are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>an entry in the real estate book proving ownership;<\/li>\n<li>a contract for the transfer of felling rights or forest material with annexes or a summary deed in the event that the sale takes place from the seller&#039;s warehouse, on which the forest material comes from different cadastral units and is stored together - the form of the summary deed can be obtained from a representative of Combiforest O\u00dc with instructions for execution;<\/li>\n<li>an entry registering felling or a forest protection expert act in the forest register;<\/li>\n<li>identification document;<\/li>\n<li>the waybill(s) is necessary to prove the shipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>In addition, the seller of forest material must provide:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>juridical person<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">a valid copy of the register card of part B of the commercial register;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">the VAT registration number of the person subject to VAT;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">power of attorney of the transferor&#039;s (seller&#039;s) representative in case the seller&#039;s representative is not indicated on the register card of Part B of the commercial register. The power of attorney must be signed by a member of the company&#039;s board.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>the self-employed<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>a valid copy of the register card of part B of the commercial register;<\/li>\n<li>the VAT registration number of the person subject to VAT;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">power of attorney of the transferor&#039;s (seller&#039;s) representative in case the seller&#039;s representative is not indicated on the register card of Part B of the commercial register. The power of attorney must be signed by the entrepreneur.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>physical person<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>power of attorney of the representative of the transferor (seller) if the seller is not the transferor of the material. The power of attorney must be signed by the seller.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>The recipient (buyer) adds copies of the documents proving the legality of the possession of forest material to the buyer&#039;s copy of the purchase-sale deed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">(1) - the word &quot;seller&quot; has the same meaning as &quot;alienator&quot;.
